"Jason completed the basement remodel project for $18.375. He fixed the main beam and reinforced the basement ceiling with well-placed studs and blocking. He enclosed the interior walls with sheetrock and put insulation above the ceiling. I am very happy with the work that was done and highly recommend this man. You will not find a more honest contractor. He goes out of his way to make sure that you understand everything about the project. You will definitely think of Jason as a good friend who has your back."

"We have used Prop Ready for several big projects so far and will continue to use them. They have remodeled our basement, remodeled and replaced our front porch, back deck and pool fencing, and they built us a custom outdoor swing using an old ski chair lift that we had. All of these projects came out beautifully and the people of Prop Ready are professional, helpful, trustworthy, and wonderful to work with."

"A little delay in getting an estimate, but Brad started the job when promised, remodel looks great. Brad was very accommodating (even walked the dog one day),was extremely neat in picking up at the end of the day, and price was as quoted.Have already hired him for a few more smaller projects. Do ask about a price for removal of construction materials since it may be an additional cost.

"Amanda was really very good! At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it. It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about. I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!

"A huge thanks to Net Zero Design. My husband and I purchased a home with the intention of gutting and remodeling to be efficient.
