"Hotshot is an absolute disgrace to the service industry. I made the colossal mistake of hiring them to diagnose a simple sprinkler issue. Instead of fixing the problem, their technician broke the main water valve, leaving my entire system inoperable. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to quote me a staggering $2,100 to repair the DAMAGE THEY CAUSED! They tried claiming the damage was due to normal wear and tear and not their fault, which is clearly a lie as the valve was working perfectly fine before their arrival. As a business owner, I'm appalled by their complete disregard for customer satisfaction and the sheer rudeness of the owner. Rather than owning up to their blunder and rectifying the situation like any decent company would, they offered to inspect the mess they created for another $150, then slap me with the repair bill.
