He permanently fixed our basement floor before installing the new floor. We are very happy with our new flooring and with the service. "21 years ago, Superior installed a water softener system that served a family of 8 over that period. The system easily outlived its life expectancy. My own recently failed PRV valve finally exposed the system's end of life weaknesses. One phone call to Superior and the very next day Martin Alvaredo showed up at my door and quickly diagnosed and easily demonstrated to me a substantially degraded system that had lived a full and exciting life. We quickly agreed to a replacement system and price. Two days later the installer showed up at my door. Two hours later I had a new PRV and new soft water system.
