Jeff, the handyman who handled our plumbing, electrical, and general contractor work, was also fantastic. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and did excellent work. "From the start, Be Blessed Remodeling (Rob) was the only contractor that quoted our project who left us feeling hopeful and excited for our project to begin. We wanted to change the floor plan of our bathrooms to allow for more space in the master. "Yury and crew have completed 3 major projects at our home, all done to perfection including complete upgrade and remodel of two separate large indoor spaces(absolutely beautiful) and an exterior repair requiring significant deconstruction with high quality permanent and waterproof refinish. I have never had such a professional and also personable individual do any project, home repair or remodel in 43 years of home ownership. Also to state, I am no novice in construction myself, and Yury is always willing to listen to my input or suggestions and experience, even though he is extremely high quality and experienced himself. I truly respect his heritage and how he treats his co-workers and teammates. LTB is currently doing a complete overhaul, repair and upgrade of a family memberâ  s A-Frame, also impeccable to date. "There is so many amazing things to say about Tristate Contractors! We had a very large renovation we were interested in doing, but didn't quite know how it would work with our current structure. We had a design and architect team that recommended Tristate Contractors and it was the best choice we could have made. Our entire first floor was renovated from top to bottom, including a complete kitchen demo, tearing walls down, new flooring, installing cabinetry, installing fireplace stone, insulation, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, trimwork, new doors installation, tilework in the kitchen and powder room, a stairway redo and the list goes on. They were able to set up a makeshift space for us in our basement so we had a kitchen to use while the work was going on AND they even helped with an outdoor drainage problem we had in our yard. "I consider it a lucky day when I found Easy Living Homes through your site. We were looking to build a bathroom addition with a sauna to our ranch home. It was a big project since we had to tie into our sewer by digging to the front of the home being on a slab. We got a reasonable price from them and after meeting with Nick (The Project Manager) we decided to move forward. Nick was so attentive to every question I had and would text me immediately if I texted him. It was great customer service to say the least. Our project started in the age of COVID-19 which was a challenge for Nick, but he never made it a challenge for us. He handled all the obstacles thrown at him. It was a long journey but now we have the bathroom/sauna of our dreams. His crew was always respectful and did great work. We paid for each part of the project as we went instead of paying all at once which I really liked since I had never met him or done a project of this scale. The price he quoted me never changed at all which I found impressive.
