Justin was great at diagnostics, parts order and replacement of the Heat Exchanger of Pentair Hybrid heater last year. He was to then do the automation part but didn't progress much because of his decision to change career. I have been following up ever since with numerous calls and text and voice mails but no response. Finally got to talk to Larry who said they can't support me anymore as they don't have the bandwidth. "Our sales woman Lucia was very helpful and supported us through the entire process. Timing was an issue because of a party we had after being promised a finished date and it couldn’t happen. The distributor was blamed for being backed up on delivering our liner… then the installer promised to be done by Thursday so we could fill and put chemicals in Friday and it wasn’t done until Friday. So we made it by the skin of our teeth. Just didn’t appreciate the installer knowing the time line and promising it, then not standing by his word. It was weird. Liner is beautiful but there is a spot that is pulling and you can see a gap. I hope this won’t cause any future issues. "
