The ceilings on the first floor had fallen in, and poo water was everywhere. He was absolutely no nonsense professional in getting a stinky situation under control. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and he wasted no time doing it in a thorough and professional manner. He was helpful through the entire project, from cleaning up the nastiness, to dealing with the insurance company, and getting the tenants back into their home. I would absolutely recommend using their services, and I am sure the situation will arise again. That is, prior to meeting Gabe and the folks at Top Notch. Not only are the competitively priced, but they send an actual roofing expert out for estimating, as opposed to a salesman. I immediately felt was in good hands as he answered all my questions with authority and knowledge. On the job site, the crew was clean, polite, and professional. We did have a few hiccups along the way, which as anyone who has ever done renovation can tell you, is par for the course. These specific hiccups were discontinued products and shipping damages that were simply accidents. Just bad luck that had nothing to do with Top Notch. But it was their reaction to the situation that really won me over.
