However, the sink could not be replaced without replacing the entire vanity. Melvin was highly recommended to me by a family friend. He came today to repair and refinish the sink. He was completely professional (arrived on time, communicated well, minimized dust, good cleanup and fair price). The sink looks amazing. "After having incurred some water damage during the winter rains, and discovering additional long term water damage in the process of getting estimates to make repairs, I decided to go with Pearl based on recommendations from friends and having a few conversations with Ben, who oversaw my project. The price was very competitive, even when we realized additional work would be needed due to some long term damage being more expansive than anticipated. Now that the work is done, you'd never even know they were there. It looks exactly like it did before the damage occurred (even down to some wall textures which would have been challenging to match). Zohar is very experienced, skilled, great communicator and very detailed man. He always kept great communication channel with us during the remodeling process. We asked for them to provide an estimate to the repair they said they would turn that around right away. We never heard from them and when they did give us a quote and it was really high. The company had a great office person, with setting up the appointment and following through. It was just the estimate that fell through."
