"Diagnosis was correct, parts replaced and the dryer is heating again. the technician provided me with a quote for the parts and emailed me the invoice."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Serviceman arrived on time. After careful inspection it was decided that the washer was functioning properly. No repair required."

"Excellent service. My repair person, Jorge, was terrific and knowledgeable."

"When my mother's Whirlpool dryer stopped working I called Sick Appliance Repair and left a message. It was later in the day and I didn't expect to hear back until the next day, but Larry returned my call and said he could come out that evening after finishing another job. He arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was kind and friendly and took the time to answer questions about other issues. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others."

"The person who I spoke with was incredibly helpful and principled. He advised me not to repair because of the cost. That is very rare that someone would turn away potential money to give good advice and I’m grateful."

"I called Yurik early in the morning and he answered all my questions very professionally and was very nice. We agreed on a price for all the parts and labor and within 2 hours he was at my house working on the Air Conditioning unit.  He was dressed professionally and didn't smell bad. All the work was done within a 4 hour period and they left my house just the way it was when they first came in. Yurik was fast to respond, did the work fast, and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend him o anyone needing Air Condition repair.

"Great service! They were very straight forward and straight shooters. No B.S. and very honest. Even helped teach me how to fix the problem in the future and even helped talk me through options for possible other fixes of appliances I was having issues with but were not broken (while they were fixing the dishwasher that needed repair) Great company! I would Highly recommend them.

"The service worked out okay. There were extra charges because I had some other work that needed to be done. They charged me a couple hundred dollars more. The cost included all the labor and materials. They were okay but not spectacular. I would use them again after I have tried somebody else and if I could not find somebody better."
