"Mike was able to get the upgrade on to my computer and he also was able to determine that the system was grossly inadequate for what I wanted to do. He recommended what I should look for when I purchase a new one and when I do make a purchase I will be calling on him to get my system up to speed. I was most impressed with Mike’s professionalism and knowledge and I would definitely recommend him for any computer issues."

"Gino was great. Our computer was running really slow and considering we use it 6 days a week to run the business, it was due for upgrades. I explained to him that timing was important to us and we needed the service done as soon as possible. He came took the computer and got it back to us in a matter of hours. The computer is running like brand new again with all of our information transformed over."

"Everything went well....technician did a good job...kept me informed about what was going on....explained the problems and then told me about what I could do if the problem came back."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Chris spent the time it took to revive the 2 and speed up the sluggish ones. He had to run some diagnostic programs and while they were running he worked on the others so there was no downtime of wait time- he was working the whole time. He stayed until the problems were solved; he didn't give up on even the oldest ones. He advised us before he undertook some of the work so we could determine if one of the older computers was worth fixing. He is thoroughly professional and exceptionally competent; by far the best we've ever experienced."
