"The service person was very good.  My problem is that they would not give me a quote for what I needed fixed.  I had a quote from another person at $150 but was told that I would have to be persistence because sometimes he is not reliable, although a very good repairman.  SOS was rated high so I went with them even thought the service charge was $79.00 ($59 if they fix the problem).  I won't hire anyone again if I can't get a quote in advance.  So I avoided a possible issue waiting but it cost me $70."
