He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. "It took about 5 days for the part to come in from GE and SOS called me as soon as it was ready.  The repair was completed quickly and the dishwasher is back up and running.  Since this was a rental property, I was able to create an account with SOS, and have my credit card billed without having to actually go to the rental property, which was very nice.  Most companies require you to pay on-site.  I will use this company again in the future."
