"Jason completed the basement remodel project for $18.375. He fixed the main beam and reinforced the basement ceiling with well-placed studs and blocking. He enclosed the interior walls with sheetrock and put insulation above the ceiling. I am very happy with the work that was done and highly recommend this man. You will not find a more honest contractor. He goes out of his way to make sure that you understand everything about the project. "A little delay in getting an estimate, but Brad started the job when promised, remodel looks great. Brad was very accommodating (even walked the dog one day),was extremely neat in picking up at the end of the day, and price was as quoted.Have already hired him for a few more smaller projects. Do ask about a price for removal of construction materials since it may be an additional cost.

"Jack and his crew did an excellent job. My location is somewhat difficult in several respects. One side of the house faces Lake Champlain and the only access to that side is from the deck. There is no ground on which to stage ladders but they made it work. Parking is also an issue and they were able to bring their trailer and place it in a location that allowed the neighbors access to their property. Sounds confusing but this is "rural Vermont"
The job was a day and half. They cleaned up carefully making sure all nails and old shingles were picked up and removed. Everyone was polite and professional.
