"We are extremely pleased with our air conditioner and furnace. It has just been installed for a week but I am already noticing less dust and less humidity in my home. Our old unit was installed in 1988 and gave up the ghost. We sought out several estimates on new systems but what sold us completely on Logan A/C & Heat Services was the personal touch. Most companies used email or texts to communicate with us but Logan sent a personal consultant, Zane Pockrandt, who sat in our home (which was quite hot) for over and hour to answer all of our inquiries. Again, quite frankly, that is the main reason we decided to go with Logan A/C. Logan A/C worked hard to schedule our install quickly and called personally to do so. They communicated every step of the way. The installers Travis Cloyd and his partner arrived promptly and were friendly and quite professional. They explained in detail every step of the install. The installers had to return the next day to finish with our furnace install because of challenges from our old unit. (It was a 1993 model.) They communicated arrival time and were prompt and finished in the time frame they communicated to us. I enjoy the modern thermostat control, my home is so much more comfortable and am hoping to see improved electric usage. If I could give 10 stars I would."

I needed a new water spout outside due to a broken one and he repaired that as well. Very nice, polite and top notch quality of work. Very reasonable priced. Felt like a very trustworthy businessman. "Angi sent a so-called pro (Eric H) to do the work. He stated that he could not 'replace' my basement toilet because the concrete floor needed to be ripped up. He left the new toilet and left. After calling and speaking with Mary (call center in CO) she was very helpful, put out a request to my local plumbers for a 2nd opinion, at that time my phone started ringing. Benjamin Franklin plumbing could have someone (Chris Herron) here in a couple of hours. Great! No, I didn't need to have the concrete tore up, and in fact, Chr replaced the toilet right there and then. I had to hire him of course, but the price wasn't bad at all. Chris did an excellent job, was very professional and dumbfounded that Eric couldn't complete the job! I had the master toilet installed by Angi a few years ago again by another 'pro' (Joe) who replaced the toilet. It rocked on us as we tried to use. I called him back to fix - complete the job, he came out and charged me for his time and left. I hate Angi"
