Although they were the least expensive quote, that was not why I chose them, I chose them because Jean was very in tune with the issues i was having with my travertine floor had and was very informative on how the repairs would need to be made. The other companies just came in measured my floor and gave me a quote, no communication. Jean and his crew were very careful when they relocated my furniture and well protected items they could not move (kitchen cabinets & walls). Jean even provided me with tips to maintain my floors longer. I would highly recommend and use them again. "Ed did a beautiful job in laying the tile on the floor in my condo and tiling the shower. He gave me many suggestions on tile for the shower and pointed out some things that I changed based on his knowledge and advice. He was meticulous, professional and reliable. We still have tile in the kitchen to do once the cabinets are installed and already told Ed we wanted him to install. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional detailed work. Ed takes pride in his work and made sure that I was absolutely satisfied. "At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. Wonderful people to work with. Very friendly and affordable."
