"I've hired Kevin for jobs at my house and at my mother's house, ranging from installing durock and porcelain tile to installing interlocking vinyl flooring to removing/reinstalling window treatments to plaster work. He always shows up on time, is responsible, can be trusted and does a very good job."

"Knowledgeable staff. Quick turn around time between estimate and installation. Would hire again."

"Ray installed a water heater for me, and he was very professional throughout the entire process. I’m very happy with the job he did and highly recommend his services. Thank you for your excellent work!"

"Jean is a master with years of experience, and I am so happy that I found him here on Angie's List. He was able to spot potential problems with my marble floor where an inexperienced person would have ruined it.  Jean and his assistant started the job on the day he said he would and carefully, very carefully, covered all the walls and built-in units so that the grinding process would not ruin them. That in itself took 2.5 hours. Then the job began. It was explained to me what each disc was for and what it did. I watched as the two of them carefully took a floor that had been ignored and brought out a mirror finish. When I asked him if he also cleaned grout, he was proud to say that he took care of everything having to do with floors.  And he was right!  One bathroom had black tile, and the grout had faded. Jean brought it back to life.  I thought I had reached flooring heaven....but wait....

Because my mother had fallen in her bathroom, I had a carpet man install a very thick carpet over the bathroom tile so that she would not get hurt again if she fell.  My realtor told me that no house would sell with a carpeted bathroom, so I lifted the edge of the carpet only to find that the carpet man had nailed the carpet down.  Two other flooring "specialists" had suggestrions. One said I should lay tile on top of the ruined tile.  Another said I should blast away the tile and also lay down new tile.  Not Jean! He carefully lifted each edge to see where the nails had landed.  As luck would have it, the carpet man had tacked his nails into the grout, and Jean, the master, filled each little hole in this huge bathroom with grout to preserve the original floor.  I have only the best things to say about Jean.  He is truly a master at the art of marble and tile restoration. I couldn't be more pleased."

"They arrived during the promised window. The price quoted was very reasonable. Installation of the 2 toilets was fast and efficient. The technician, Brandon, was excellent. When I requested additional work ... fixing my bathtub faucet, he was happy to assist. Since my home is an older home there were problems along the way but Brandon was diligent in trudging on until the job was completed. The price for the additional work I requested was also reasonable. Iâ d hire them again if I need plumbing work done as they are professional, courteous and reasonable."

"The install in 2006 went very well, the company provided topnotch care and quality of work. However, do not expect any aftercare, they simply do not respond to requests, even if you are persistent."

"Great experience. After my house was flooded the insurance company asked for a detailed inspection of all my appliances. Ven Power was very professional and through. At the end of the day I was provided with a very detailed inspection with photos. I will be using Veh Power to install all the damaged appliances too."

"Dan and Tony were great ! They were prompt and exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and got right to work. Dan uncovered an underlying problem of a leaking roof causing the rotting of my fascia board which I was totally unaware of. He suggested that I repair the roof section that had rotted away before any repair was done to the fascia for obvious reasons. Dan installed temporary boards to keep any unwanted animals out and at the same time allowed the roofer easy access to inspect the damage by unscrewing the temporary boards with ease. They also redirected a dryer vent that was blowing onto the back of my AC compressor and mcGivered it so that it wasn't blowing any lint onto the compressor anymore. Lastly, they installed two electrical outlets in my garage. They did a great job in all aspects of my requests and I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who wans an A1 job for any of their projects.
