He is a true asset to this company from the emergency we had to the phone calls to diana and mutiable calls (in the evening)candice was so patient.So the both locations that we had simultaneously had leaks and were serviced, we literally had two emergencies and two location, and the company handled it, In the future if there's any other plumbing to be done I will be calling them back. "The repair to my leaking toilet was fixed well enough, after telling me my relatively new toilet water shutoff valve was broken and would need to be replaced for an extra $100. Foolishly, I did not verify this for myself. Afterward, when I was summoned to inspect the repaired toilet, I was told my toilet tank float valve that shuts off the water inside the toilet tank once it fills was broken, and that it would cost me another $50 to fix. It was NOT broken prior to his arrival. He left and said he'd contact me later that evening to arrange for a return visit to fix it. In the meantime, I found the top cap loose and tightened it. Then flushed the toilet 4 times, each time observing that the float worked as designed and the water that fills the tank shut off properly at the designated level. It has worked great ever since. He did not contact me later that night but the next day, when I told him I fixed my own shut-off valve for free, and would not need his services."

"C and G Restoration addressed all of the mold issues. A crew came in, removed all sheetrock and insulation that was affected by the mold. Air scrubbers and hepa vaccums were running thought the job which just kept dust at a minimum. Truly amazing! All walls and areas that were affected were cleaned and treated. All debris was bagged and removed. The job that was done by C and G was beyond phenomenal and extraordinary. They were considerate and understanding and patient. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and all my questions were answered. At the end of the day everything was wiped clean. They were so quick and organized that I didn't even realize that the affected walls and insulation were bagged and out. I would 1,000% recommend this company. I am a very picky person who is sometimes hard to please and they exceeded my expections. I really can't say enough about how pleased I am with their work. Excellent job!"
