"I had a water pressure issue and called had no idea what was going on. I got Mike's number from a friend of mine and called him on a Wednesday night and he answered the phone right away. Told him my problem and he came out on Thursday to look at it and diagnosed the problem. He told me he would email me a quote as soon as possible. On Friday morning I had no water at all. When I got to the office, I had Mike's quote in my email and he indicated that he could have a crew out early in the week. I thanked him and told him I had no water at all and he called me within 45 minutes and told me he would have a crew out within the hour. Sure enough within an hour, his crew was there and also Mike and they got to work. I had water and pressure about 3 hours later. He suggested that we try a couple of different things before getting the waterproofing done just to be sure we needed it before we spent the money. We did end up needing the waterproofing, and we are so glad we used Water B Gone. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"The owner Jeff Bolen came out quickly to give us an estimate on the work we wanted done, gave us some good advice about how to proceed, and scheduled the work to be done in two weeks. A team of three showed up today as scheduled, reviewed what we wanted done, and went about their business, checking with us periodically to ensure they were doing things the way we wanted. They completed the whole job in one day. Everything was done neatly and to our satisfaction. We were especially impressed with the way they were able to add a recessed LED light over the bathtub in our freshly painted guest bathroom without requiring any ceiling patching or repainting. In a nutshell, the Supreme Electric team's work was excellent and very reasonably priced, and we would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to our friends."
