"I had a water pressure issue and called had no idea what was going on. I got Mike's number from a friend of mine and called him on a Wednesday night and he answered the phone right away. Told him my problem and he came out on Thursday to look at it and diagnosed the problem. He told me he would email me a quote as soon as possible. On Friday morning I had no water at all. When I got to the office, I had Mike's quote in my email and he indicated that he could have a crew out early in the week. I thanked him and told him I had no water at all and he called me within 45 minutes and told me he would have a crew out within the hour. Sure enough within an hour, his crew was there and also Mike and they got to work. I had water and pressure about 3 hours later. "After dealing with a company that scammed us, we called these guys. They came right out pumped both septic tanks and had to do some snaking and digging to get the clog fixed. The company had someone here inside of 30 mins, the guy was professional, and informative. The cost was more than I wanted to spend but they did keep the cost reasonable and the service was <br /> excellent. I would use this company again and refer them to anyone with a problem <br /> +AAA all the way across the board <br /> Note: never make a check out to a person doing service work, allways make it out to the company or call the company before paying, thats how the first guy scammed us. "From the moment Joe picked up my call the plan was formed. Fast turnaround on site visit for estimate. Very fair pricing. Lead time was long, but that's the state of things now. When time came to execute project, there were no delays. His office organized permits and inspections. His crews were courteous, hard working and left the interior job site in a broom-swept / shop-vac'd at the end of each work day. The exterior driveway was hosed down and scrubbed from all debris. Drainage system installation was done very nicely, using all proper fittings, cleanouts and flashings. The new concrete pour was feathered into the existing concrete slab very nicely. I likely won't buy a post-war bungalow missing a sump system again, but if I do, WaterBGone will be doing the installation."

I had flooring installed and developed an issue due to the installation. Both the owner and site leader recently came out and inspected the system to ensure there was no issue with the drain (there wasn't). This type of customer service is rare these days.
