Crossroads trenched the basement, secured the walls with wall anchors, added a sump pump, and also added helical piers around the outside of the house to support areas of the foundation that were sinking. Miguel and Eric performed some truly Herculean efforts in doing all this work - and they did a damn fine job. We were extremely impressed with their work ethic, and the top-notch quality of their work. This company showed up when they were suppose to and completed the work on my basement in a timely matter. "Shannon was punctual, very respectful of all of our questions. He did not rush us in any way. He was very knowledgeable and took many pictures and explained, so we could understand, what was needed and why. He sent a text the day prior to starting the job, letting me know what time he would arrive. He was there at that time, and kept us informed of what was going throughout the entire process. He would even let us know when they were leaving for lunch and when they returned each day. He estimated the job to take 3-4 days and it was completed in that time frame. They leveled the ground, removed all trash and cleaned up very nicely. The estimate given was the exact amount charged. He again took pictures of the finished progress and answered all of my questions. He took the time to show me a problem area on my porch that needed caulking or mortar to prevent water getting in under the house. He even hooked up some ducts that had come loose, at no additional charge. He also repaired part of a seal plate that wasn't on the estimate. He definitely went above and beyond, for sure! He offers a veterans discount and respects and honors our nations heros, as they deserve! I wish more businesses would do this! I will definitely hire Shannon again if I need any further work.
