The company itself is where we had the issue they came out the first week of April said it would be 2 weeks and it would be finished it took them 2 months to get to our house and get the job completed. Which is definitely unexceptable. They probably shouldn't tell a customer that it will be 2 weeks when they know it wont be. We didn't get upset or mad gave them an okay review with American Family then we get a bill which was fine we owed the money but we decided to repay the favor and do business like they do. We were going to make them wait 60 days to get paid like they made us wait 2months to get someone out here to do the work. We received a letter Saturday stating that they were going to put a lien on our home and turn us in saying we committed fraud. They should treat their customers they way they want to be treated. I will NEVER use this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone PERIOD!

He came to my house the next morning. I had directly contacted another repair company that had me waiting 3 days for repair. Justin explained exactly what he found wrong. He then provided estimate for repairs. His work was fast and efficient. He showed me the faulty parts, and we figured out the initial problem was a painter had painted door exterior which stuck causing gears to hang up and gradually bend. Justin is very knowledgeable of Craftsman openers, but he also did quick fix of Liftmaster opener on single garage door (3-car garage). Friendly, professional, and good at assessing the problem."
