"Brian came to our home to do a tub to shower installation. He was very respectful and reviewed what he would be doing. The project was completed within the time frame we were told. Again, he reviewed what he had done and how to properly care for the shower. It really looks great and we are looking forward to using it. Thank you Brian and rite window team. "Woke up to a flash flood in my basement that never floods. Technician got to my place within an hour of calling and had a new sump pump installed by early afternoon and the water drained out. It was stressful - the water was coming up fast and they dealt with it quickly. The lead technician was professional and courteous."

"He and his assistant came just a day and a half after I contacted him. Calling ahead and then wearing their masks, they arrived and quickly traced the problem. The installation is flawless. They also inspected aother wiring and the fuse boxes without charging me, and gave me advice and some initial help on a bigger issue I may have them tackle later. I was very impressed and enjoyed their good humor and efficiency. Everything was left tidy."
