Ralph went through a thorough diagnostic process with us, went over all of our options with prices, and we ultimately replaced our entire unit. The work was done efficiently within hours. No mess to clean up afterwards, and the techs at Varsity returned our home to the safe, warm environment we needed in preparation for a large winter storm. The techs took proper precautions when entering our home, even going so far as to wearing shoe coverings to protect our floors. "I contracted with Grant Heating & Cooling Inc. to install HVAC system in my home in the spring of 2024. They were very professional and did a very good job. In the winter of 2025 I had a minor problem with one of the Mitsubishi heat pump system units. The company was quick to troubleshoot the situation. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable about the system and thorough. It required several visits to diagnose the problem and fix it. The manager, Nick was very responsive to the situation which required bringing out an expert from Mitsubishi. All of this work was covered under my warranty. The problem was fixed and I could not speak highly enough about the company’s policies and customer service. I would highly recommend them for all facets of their work and standing behind their installations. I am very happy to be working with them for my continued maintenance.
