He was friendly and informative, and he offered a very competitive price. We scheduled a time after New Year's in 2023. The work crew was very professional. They replaced soft or rotten decking, covered decking with a waterproof underlayer, and installed the shingles of our choice. Afterwards they picked up every last nail. It's been five months since then, and everything is fine."

"<p>The replacement of top boards look good. Did not paint all that was replaced. One section was left. It could have been an oversight.</p> <p>The top deck was only painted were a stand up and push brush would reach. He did not use a hand brush to finish the edges.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>He did not paint between the cracks{ you don't walk on crack was his reply} It looks bad. I have had my nephew{11} start to finish it. He was here a total of about 61/2-7 hours. He did not furnish the materials or paint. He did use his own nails to replace 4 bad boards. $625.00 seems high. </p> <p>He was due to arrive on April 21. He called at 11am to tell me he had to take his dog to. the vet. The next day he arrived at 11am to tell me he has too much work to do and that he would return the next day.</p> <p>On the 23 he arrived at 8am . I had an appointment he said that was OK that he would be there . I called my mother about 2:30.
