"4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.

He removed all old glass doors and installed the new custom sliding doors to fit perfectly and finished my new beautiful doors with trim. "This guy Al Hobbs was so nice and great to talk to...
I Had a very old ugly faded large side door awning that prevented me from driving all the way back on the driveway into my garage if the vehicle was a very high SUV or Box truck..I thought it was heavy but it turns out that is was aluminum.... Al's Tool box was just stolen out of the back of his truck while he was at Home Depot so he didn't have the right socket to remove the lag bolts attaching the awning to the house..he was going to make a run the the nearest Hardware store to buy the correct socket....I offered my minuscule collection of ratchet sockets to use ....hopefully not offending Al....he gracefully accepted!!! I had the right socket to complete the project...It took all of 20 minutes...more or less...Next cane the dreaded Shrub Stump...I tried everything trying to cut the root ball and stump out with no success...Al bought his Sawzall and dug up some of the earth(dirt) and cut the complete Stump and Root ball out..he then re-covered the hole with the earth (dirt) 
this took all of 20 minutes more or less...I paid for 2 hours of labor...but it took Al only 40-50 minutes tops...
We spent the next Hour or so just talking and enjoying each others company...I had Al look at a few more projects I'm thinking about having done next spring and he gave me some great prices on the projects and great advice for the projects that he could not do..(which were very few)
Al is a great contractor and his honesty and friendliness is so refreshing....You will not go wrong if you hire Al for ANY project needed!!!

"I was prepping a rental house to sell and was trying to coordinate everything so it would not be vacant for more than a few weeks. I had hired another company and they had just stopped responding. That left me with a really tight timeline and most other companies either scoffed at at the timeline or just did not respond. My experience with JAM was the the complete opposite. Jeff responded quickly, listened to what I needed and my timeline, and got back to me quickly with an estimate. He came back with a fair estimate and promised to get it done within a week even though they were already booked. Jimmy did an amazing job on the tile work and Jeff and Jimmy came back on Saturday to finish the job. The tile work had outstanding attention to detail and, knowing I am pretty detail oriented, asked for my input to ensure the work met my expectations. As a bonus, they were also great with my tenants dog! I would absolutely hire again, in fact I am about to call them for an estimate on my bathroom remodel."
