"We had been experiencing increasing amount of water in our finished basement. We contacted the company and within a few days they came for an inspection. They removed a portion of dry wall and saw a crack in the foundation. They explained the process of high pressure injection of a sealant. A few days later they returned, a few minutes earlier than scheduled, to do the work. Over several hours they applied the sealant. They tested the foundation for other cracks. They ran water along the foundation to test. The owner and his wife work as a team. They explained the cause, treatment, and what to look for in the future. The cost was $360. I was thrilled since previously a basement waterproofed had told us we needed a trench and sump pump costing almost $4,000. The dry wall does need to be repaired. But we know the problem is now solved.

"Bob came out and talked to me about what needed to happen. Didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and even gave some advice on how the sump pump should be adjusted. Bill and PJ came out to do the actual work. Nice guys and wasted no time getting started. Laid down sheets to protect the hardwood floor in the foyer as they came in and out. Bill went above and beyond fixing the rod holes and the sealed cracks look like they'll hold forever. The outside sump discharge line looks great and I now have a clean-out for any future maintenance. Not much in the way of rain lately so won't know if everything sealed until then, but 4-Ever gives a lifetime guarantee so I'm not too worried. What I did learn with this project is that I have an entire wall of rod holes that aren't leaking bad yet, but do show sign of water leakage and will need to be fixed. Once I get the energy, I will tear out all the drywall and not hesitate to call Bob again to have his guys come out and do the rest of the rod holes."

"My first contact came with my call to the receptionist who handled my call with a pleasant attitude.
I had some problems with my toilet and I wanted to use a professional in hopes that it would prevent a reoccurrence. I needed an appointment the next day, I was called promptly and I confirmed the next day. I asked the receptionist some general questions about what was covered using the full service inspection certificate, she politely explained each part of the inspection, and I was satisfied.
My appointment was for 0900, my technician arrived at 0845. He was professional and explained what he was checking for and labeled valves for water shutoff, heating and hot water heater. I eventually did not need any work on my toilet, he turned a valve and it was back in operation!  The sump pump inspection was the most informative for me, my outside hose was frozen solid and was no longer pumping out water!! This was a great day for me, he did the maintenance and my sump pump is working right! I would recommend Levine& Sons to anybody, I will use them again. i already have estimates on replacing the sump pump and connections.

Leonard arrived on time May 30 as scheduled. After inspecting the problem areas he determined that they could be corrected by resetting a GFCI outlet located in our basement storage area that had been hidden by a portable clothes closet. The owner/operator Lara was very quick to respond to my query sent via Angi's List and had an appointment sent in less than a week. For unforeseen reasons, the work ended up taking more than one day, but she was able to squeeze in the additional work time a couple of days later. The quality of the work is outstanding and I really appreciated the way she kept me apprised of the work as it unfolded, explaining all of the details of the work and any issues that arose that required additional cost. I like her and her assistance's work so much that I scheduled her to also repair a janky gas line in the basement that she noted when doing her initial inspection of the place.
