"Brendon from Auger Plumbing gave us the bad news that the cast iron pipes in our 45-year old house have to be replaced. He was very professional and sympathetic and patiently explained our options. This is the fourth time over the last ten years that we have used Auger Plumbing, and each time the plumbers and their work have been outstanding. They arrive quickly and work quickly. They explain what needs to be done so that we can understand. We have not had any problems with any of their work."

"The repair went very well. Devan was great. Arrived on time, very personable and professional. He listened, surveyed the problem and then presented options and costs for us to consider. We needed a new toilet. He performed the repair and cleaned up after himself. The repair was good, no further issues. We are very pleased and would hire C&W again. Devan's a keeper!"

"On time and kept me informed about arrival. Wish they could keep costs low. Almost $800 estimate to fix two water heaters even though parts were covered under warranty."

"I was quoted a price to replace my water heater and he didnâ t try to add on anything at the end. He and his crew got to work right away and were finished and cleaned up in less than hour. His price was 1/3 of what I was quoted from another company. I will definitely call him the next time I need plumbing repairs."

"Cooper went above and beyond in his repair of the water valve and then installing our refrigerator! Very courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again!"

"Tyler came in and immediately said the fly issue wasn't from a broken or separated pipe under the slab. He checked the bottom of the toilet and found a small leak. Removing the toilet showed the flange was installed incorrectly 23 years ago by another plumber which caused the flange to break and cause the leak. Adam came in to replace the flange and install a new updated toilet. His photos confirmed that the flange was installed correctly and the toilet works great. I highly recommend Mother Modern Plumbing. They are at the top of our list for any future needs."

"My experience with Doss Plumbing was great. Ricki was super professional and friendly. Replaced my water heater very quickly. I thought it was going to be a long process but Ricki was done in about 2 hours."

"Not a repair. Replaced water heater. The old water heater was not in good enough condition to repair."

"This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to. Autumn, Nick, and Nathan (You are the only ones I spoke with) You guys seriously have made such a huge difference in our lives, with your kindness, professionalism, quick service, and patience. I am sure the rest of the team is just as great. The world needs more people like you guys, and more companies that truly understand customer service like you guys do. Thank you again!"

"Jax and Jeremy were very professional. They replaced our water heater in the attic and the install looks fantastic. They answered all my questions. Would definitely hire them again."
