"The installation went well. The crew arrived on time and completed the job on schedule. Included was a one year guarantee on labor and 5 years on the unit. The price was fair. We will use the company again for future jobs."

"He did it right and a very efficient installation job"

"I've been using Central Suffolk Mechanical for my AC and heating maintenance for a number of years at 2 houses in Suffering lol County. Work is always performed professionally and timely. Extremely reliable service. Also had a hot water heater and a central AC unit installed, again done professionally and at the time and price promised. I highly recommend Joe and his crew for all HVAC needs."

"I recommend this company without hesitation. Chris, the technician, and Novis, his assistant, did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, were extremely professional and worked very efficiently. They made sure everything was secured before they started the actual power washing. When the job was completed, they wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the result, which we certainly were. This is a first class company."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"A few weeks went by and we were not notified of our installation date. I called and was then given a date. They came on time. There was a mis-communication between the initial contact guy and the installers. We expected that a space around 4 window frames would be caulked. The installers did not know about this. I needed to expend some effort to get that addressed, but it was addressed. They scheduled a second appointment to do the caulking. They came as expected and completed the work. In conclusion, they did honor the contract, but it seems that the working crew did not read the contract and come fully prepared. If the foreman was unclear as to what was on the contract, we would have all benefited from him contacting the initial sales guy to be clear as to the details of the job before the work was started. When I clarified this deficiency, they did complete the job as promised in a timely manner."

"Bill and his crew did the install seamlessly. I have used East Coast Mechanical in the past for a new boiler installation as well. They keep their appointments, they stand by their work, they return calls in a timely manner and their workmanship was flawless. They removed the air handler from the attic and installed the new one covering the floor and carpet so as not to get anything dirty. When they finished you didn’t even know they were here except for the temperature change. I would without hesitation recommend ECM for any HVAC work you need done."

"Except for fact that outside dryer vent cover was damaged (it was 32 years old and starting to crumble), actually cleaning of duct was fine. One caveat, if you need to replace your outside dryer vent cover, DO NOT pay the $60. for company to supply and install new cover. You can get it from Walmart or AMAZON for a fraction of the price ($5.19)!"

"The job performed by Jason and Shawn was excellent! They arrived as scheduled, were courteous and professional. Every aspect of SAFEHAVEN was a really rewarding experience. Loriann was extremely helpful with coordinating the work. If you are planning on having a CAC system installed, or replaced, SAFEHAVEN is the company to choose."
