"Joe responded to my online "request for quote" within an hour of me posting it. He offered to come the next morning and arrived exactly on time. He assessed within 10 minutes that a capacitor in one of our units had blown, probably due to a line surge from a lightning storm, and had a replacement capacitor in his truck. The capacitor was replaced and the repair completed in 30 minutes. He then a quick review of our entire system to assess its overall health. My experience with Joe was so good that I have asked him to send me a service contract to maintain my AC system going forward."

EXCELLENT!  Anthony and all of his staff were knowledgeable and courteous.  They made a very troubling experience actually enjoyable.  We had a few laughs along the way.  When a piece of his equipment broke which made it impossible to finish the job on that day.  He insisted on driving to get a new piece of equipment to finish the job.  He left at 4:00 and was back at 5:00 to finish the job.  He stayed until 7pm!  The unit is up and running and my house is like a meat locker! 10X better than the system he Replaced. All his work was neatly done and cleaned up at the end of the job.  I highly recommend this company.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
