"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

"Bob and his sons were very professional and punctual. They cleaned my wall to wall before I moved into my apt. and returned for no additional price to clean after the moving men finished. They used a quick dry process and even made some excellent repairs on the carpet. The wall to wall was light and it really looked great when they had finished. Bob also did an amazing job with my area rugs, which looked much more vibrant after the cleaning. The sofas also cleaned up very well.I would recommend this service very highly."

"I have been with them for years. It started because when you call you get a real live person. You don't have to wait for a message to get back to you. When they come, any normal thing they have in their truck. So, you don't have to wait for them to go and get something. They communicate very well. Everybody I have ever dealt with there has been very nice. I have used them for years and years. I have just never had any problems with them. I love them. 

I am in a ranch house. I had a leak from my bathtub to my basement. I thought it was a leaky pipe. When they came, it turned out the whole thing was rusted out. They did have to unusually go and get something but they were back in like 15 minutes. They fixed it. I can just count on them.  I used to dread working with plumbers or electricians or anybody. They are not cheap but they are worth it. I tell people about them too. "
