"I found this plumber on Angie's list from my mother-in-law who lives in McKeesport and is moving into a new home. The utility tub would not turn off and he was there within the hour once she called. Not only did he fix this immediately, he replaced her shower head, gave her a gas line in to her stove so that she can convert it from electric to gas, fixed something on the water heater, and I think he did some other things as well. The price was extremely reasonable, he was pretty amazing and took a lot off my plate, since I really am not capable of doing these things. You will not be disappointed with this plumber."

First trip, their rep sent a camera down my line, and found a serious blockage that the previous day's snaking (performed by a different company) had missed. Once the blockage had been cleared, he came back, confirmed all was well ... and then recommended AGAINST anything that would require me to pay him money. After two FREE visits that proved instrumental in diagnosing and correcting a serious blockage in my sewer, he actually recommended that I take no further action and just hydro-jet it every other year. He quickly repaired the short term problem of a clogged drain and gave me good advice on what repairs that will need to be done in the future. I never felt pressured to have done more than needed to be done and I appreciated the time he took to explain each step of what he was doing. My only surprise was that there was a $100 fee added because I had used an acid drain clearing product. I found the rationale that their snake would be damaged plausible. Still they arrived in about an hour after I called and I was given a warranty of one free service if the pipe clogged again within a year. Overall, a good experience even if it was a bit more than I was expecting to pay."

"I was assured an appointment for diagnosis of a problem with my washing machine for specific day & timeframe that accommodated Serviz as my schedule was flexible. I was contacted the day of appointment by email stating there were no pros available in my area but they were working on it. While waiting I received a call from Serviz saying the carpet cleaning service is on its way. I explained I was having an appliance repaired. They verified my name & address as showed I requested my carpet to be cleaned. Shortly thereafter dispatch called back to say they were able to find someone who did arrive on time leaving me curious about the quality & experience of tech. An inexpensive part (lid switch) for washing machine was needed. Took tech 10 minutes to diagnose and replace. Charged $190 which included a 10% discount. My brother who lives in another state who also owns & operates an appliance sales & repair business told me he would have only charged $92.50 and felt the Serviz charge was too high. The customer service department, dispatch and tech were very professional. I will reconsider whether or not to use Serviz because of the cost. As a consumer I am willing to pay a fair price for the value I am getting but do not appreciate paying more than us reasonable."
