"Very expensive project having my Central Air and Furnace go out at the same time. We had a new furnace installed last week and we were not satisfied with how it was working. I called Hurley and David and had a technician come out, it was determined we needed a bigger BTU furnace. I spoke to Michelle Creek who ensured me they would order a new one and have it installed. "Stephen was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was prompt, responsive, and did an excellent job. We had had two estimates for the job, and although the price quoted was the same from both companies, Stephen distinguished himself by explaining that he would leave the area very tidy, whereas the other company had specified that the estimate did not include removal of the leaves, Stephen started the work at an unusually early hour, to accommodate our schedules that day. The area was difficult to access and severely sloped, and I'm not sure of how he accomplished all that he did, but when we returned home the area was transformed. He had removed all the debris, tree limbs, branches, leaves, soda cans, etc, which had been accumulating for sometime, raked the area and left it entirely clear and clean. He even suggested some plants that might thrive there. What had been in essence a junk yard, seemed to have become a potential conservation area! We were extremely pleased with the work, and would use Stephen again for other projects."
