I was surprised at the low pricing. Lowe's called almost immediately to set up installation. The installer was on time and got the job done very quickly. "I called for estimate. I received the estimate timely. I agreed to pay the estimated price. We agreed on the date and time. The repair person was a little late - he was supposed to come between 1 and 2 P.M. I called them at about 2 P.M. and was told that he was running a little bit late. Repair person came at around 1:20 P.M. He was very professional. Did a great job and the price was the same as the estimate. I am very pleased with the experience. I will recommend them to anybody who needs glass repair and I will use them again if another glass window is broken. <br />"
