"I contacted their sales rep who worked with me over a period of a few months to set this plan in motion.  He was very helpful, honest and attentive.  I appreciated that he didn't hound us for the sale.  Once installation day came, the team showed up on time.  They were very neat, and very very polite.  We were impressed at how efficiently this team performed together.  It was clear that they had their routine down to an art. They took out the old windows and put the new ones in a very efficient manner in the middle of January!!  They worked so diligently that our house never even cooled. The windows fit and look great.  They did a nice job of cleaning up, both inside and outside the house.  And they finished all of this in one day.  Start to finish, I believe they installed everything in 6-7 hours!  I cannot say enough good things about this whole experience.  And they charged less than half the price of their local competition!  I can't wait to recommend them to my friends and family.

Honest, prompt & professional. So easy to talk to & answer any & all questions. They finished the job in a timely manner, working steady all day & most of all treated our home as if it was their own. "We hired Prarie State Siding and Window to install vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, trim, windows, and a new sliding glass door. Josh is the owner and was very open with communication. Like all projects things came up but Josh always addressed the issues and always answered when I needed to talk. He made the deadline he gave us for our project. Our home is now maintenance free on the exterior and we could not be happier. If you don’t want to talk to salesman who are only concerned about the next sale I would recommend Prairie State Siding and Window. They made sure the job was done right and at a fair price"

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Dimitri did a very good job on our hallway. He managed to paint a very tight corner without getting any grey paint on our newly installed white trim. He has a very steady hand with the brush. The grey paint did bleed through the tape onto the baseboard trim in a couple locations but he made certain to repaint the trim and not just leave it up to us to fix. That was very professional of him.
