"Everybody explained all that was going to be done and Mike called several times to see how things were going and also follow-up calls too. Checked reviews and 3D and forgot the other one but was based in California and what turned me off of California was they didn't believe in paper trails and left no business card of any kind and it was either text or e-mail. I checked reviews and 3D had so many positive reviews and the best part was they're local. The panels were installed in 1 day and everything was cleaned up. They were great. They came back out and installed the thermostat and switched everything over to solar before that and also set up the Nest account for me. Terrible with names but there wasn't a bad one in the bunch of the folks that were here. We're extremely happy with what we have and even with the Nest protection we have a security system with it. Remember the other company and it's Solar Max. They were here for an estimate and had already decided on 3D anyway but this joker seemed like a pressure salesman. When y'all's showed up for the estimate, there was no pressure of any kind. I did contact the rep with Solar Max and I could tell he was clearly ****** and did a pan on 3D. Told him I wanted a local company and this was exactly what we wanted. Thought to **** with ya. Glad we dropped him like old news and went with 3D. Like I said, everyone was so nice and explained everything to us in layman's terms as we're 2 old farts who still carry flip phones. "Brian was on time, pleasant, professional, and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. He gave us an estimate for time and actually finished faster than estimated. When some of the items we purchased at Lowe's for him to install wouldn't work for our purposes, he was well-prepared with supplies on his truck and didn't open our packages, so that we could return them for a full refund. He checked out our water softener and could have sold us a new one, as we thought it was not working. It turned out to be a valve that was left in the wrong position by the previous service person (not from Aces Drain), and the softener functions perfectly now. For our peace of mind re the functionality of the softener, he referred us to a company that does free water quality testing and we confirmed with them that the softener is working. Very honest of Brian, because we did think we were going to have to buy a new unit.

"Woke up this morning and both the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower/bathtub was all backed up. I called two plumbing services but only one of them could make it before 2p.m. I went with Pioneer because I had to be at work for 3p.m. They showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me because I was out running errands thinking they were going to be late like plumbers in the past. When I told them that the other company I called was going to charge me a little less for the work they price matched! Since we don't have a clean out to the main line it cost a little more than I thought it would but now I know that we need to install one. Luis R. and his partner did great work. They answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I google everything people tell me on my cell phone. They unclogged my main line through the roof vent in less than an hour so that I could get to work on time. They were also personable but professional. I would definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing issues. We will be using them again to install a clean out to our main line.
