"The plumber was prompts.  He made an assessment of the toilet plumbing problem and made the repairs.  The cost of fixing the problem was reasonable."

I asked him to check out my toilet as I thought the water ran a bit long and he replaced everything inside in about 15 minutes, even thou I had already done that about 6 months prior, and he charged me $100 more. Within a month the toilet handle was sticking and the water continued to run unless you remembered to pull up on it. The Tech did come out and fix the problem. Thanks."

"I cannot say enough about JP. JP came in to do a simple install of a new kitchen faucet and ended up taking out our garbage disposal and the stainless steel sink in order to change out the faucet. He would not call it quits until he had it installed the correct way. The faucet was installed by our home builder in 2003, The shmuck that installed it tightened it beyond belief and appeared to have been an inexperienced plumber with the way he installed the faucet and the garbage disposal (which JP also rewired the correct way). When JP final got the sink out he had to saw off the cold water pipe and the spout pipe in order to get them off. JP is truly amazing in his ability. I would recommend him for any project you might have. It appears that he can do anything."

I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services.
