"We needed to check our water heater for leaks prior to closing the sale of our house.Joe Lay were out installing a new water heater and expansion tank the next day. The technician explained how all the components were supposed to work before checking everything so we both knew we needed a new tank as well. Outstanding, professional company. Billy was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional the entire time in our home. We would highly recommend Joe Lay and Sons for any plumbing needs."

"Thomas plumbing came to my home and was very professional and got the job done and was very reasonable on price so if I ever need any other plumbing work done in the future I will make sure I call Thomas plumbing"

"How did it go?  Details??
It was excellent!!!   On a scale of 1 - 10 -- it was a 15!!     First they called me right away to schedule, and worked with me to find the soonest time that worked for both of our schedules.
The rep who came to my home was Colt ... he was awesome!!!     He went above and beyond and even helped me fix a couple other things!    He was personable, polite, very thorough and seemed to be great at his job.  He is a very nice young man.
He is an excellent representative of Joe Lay & Sons Plumbing.
I will specify Joe Lay & Sons for any and all future plumbing needs (through warranty company or independently)
I often hesitate to bring people into my house, that  I do not know.    I do not  feel that way about Joe Lay Plumbing.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber for plumbing needs.
They are prompt, caring, work to get you an appointment ASAP, dependable, thorough .... I can't say enough.
I am surely one who will complain when a company is not satisfactory, the work, the technician, etc  .... and I do.
But at the same time, when there is a company and service rep who are really good (in this case exceptional) I will  (and have) write, email or call them to compliment them and let them know just how good of a job was done, how the service rep was such a great representative of their company.. . . and that I will be a return customer!!
I have nothing but great things to say about Joe Lay & Sons -- and highly recommend them!!

"Preston was great!! Fixed the issue in under an hour and we were back up and running. I highly recommend Fast Drain!!"

"Very well. Eric communicated with us throughout the project. Was very honest with us about our 64 year old plumbing"

"Fast, professional and reliable team that made sure my family was taken care of when our water heater decided to quit in the middle of the winter. The team memeber that did the install was highly knowledgeable and gave us several options and didn't feel like he was just trying to take advantage of us. Will definitely be recommending maximum plumbing to my friends and family for their plumbing needs in the future"

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"I've worked on toilets in the past but didn't want to have to do the work myself, I finally ended up having to suggest what I thought the issue was and I was correct. They ended up having to go get a new toilet. I felt like I was trouble shooting for them along the way. I did not think they were very knowledge. They were very polite though and came out very quickly."

"the service was great. my guy was very knowlegeble. Gave good advice. Went straight to work and completed in great time. No chit chatting around, just straight to work. I'm a busy person ,so I appreciated that. great price for what I needed done. He snaked out sewer drain in basement."
