"It was pretty good except that he didn't set up what I wanted to. He told me that I have to call my cable company to set the app to my phone to open on my phone, and I found out I didn't have to do that, go through Verizon phone to set it up. They kind of on a  rush and skipped that part on it. Not a hundred percent. I'll give them four stars. The product is good. The only thing is the installation. They did the work pretty good. They came on time. They were good except the one thing that they couldn't set up the automatic opener on my phone for the garage. Now I never have the time to go and try to figure it out, but my friend had a garage door opener that was installed, the same one. And the guy said, "Did the guy set your phone to open the garage?" "No. You can't do this. You have to go to Verizon." "No. BS. I did it on my phone without going to Verizon." I was like, "Really?" I was kind of upset when I found out. The best part was to have my new garage door. It was quiet. The worst part, it was the part that he can't set my phone app to my open my garage door. Now  if I wanna open my garage door right now, I can from my phone. And I am away. And I suppose I am able to open the garage door from New York. Price is good. I'll probably use them again, but next time if I use them, they have to set that up for me before they leave. If they say they can set it up and the device say you can set up on the phone, they should be able to set up as it was provided. If you say you can do it 100% and you just give 95%, there's 5% missing, right?"
