"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"It was freezing cold when my Heat/AC failed to operate. I called Cooks Installs And Repairs. I talked to Justin Cook and explained the situation. Justin was to my house in a couple of hours and made necessary repairs in an extremely short period of time, at an extremely reasonable cost."

"The technician was punctual and knowledgeable. Alamo appliance repair services is an excellent service for appliances. He did not leave until he had resolved the issue which did not take long."

"I called the manufacturer, found appliance was still under warranty. They came out and fixed it."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
