"The technician was very professional and really knew his trade.  He went right to work and included me in on decisions that needed to be made.  At the end of the prior season, we noticed that there was a bit of water on the floor when the boiler would kick on.  It turned out that the pressure tank for the boiler had gone bad.  We were informed that this was not uncommon due to the age of the boiler.  We had our boiler installed 11 years ago.  All of the work was done quickly and efficiently.  My only problem was that the initial price quote was for $600.  I aid yes to the repair, as it had to be done. The final cost was a bit more than $900.  That final cost was a bit of a shock, but I guess good service and repairs from a reputable company costs $$ these days.   I am very happy with the repairs and I have already noticed a difference with our heating system.  The real test will come with the cold days and night in January and February.
The ladies in the office were very good on the phone setting up the appointment.  They even went the extra mile to call me back as there was some confusion with contact information and the location of my home.  They did a great job in tracking me down!!

This was the second time we have used sure temp. We were having trouble with our furnace needed to be reset quite often. The tech came cleaned and replaced some part however he did spill some oil that leaked into the center of the furnace box. After cleaning it and thinking he had got it all we had the smell of oil for a few day and we tried to clean it our self. We ended up calling Sure Temp again and the same tech came out and took the furnace apart and found the little bit of oil that had run in the center chamber and cleaned it up at no cost to us and all is well again.
