Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall.
