I needed a simple leak fixed in my gas water heater?a job that took no more than 10?15 minutes?and the cost was outrageously high. Their customer service was equally frustrating. They were rude, unhelpful, and promised to call me back but never did. The lack of professionalism was obvious at every step. I strongly recommend staying away from this company. He was upfront about prices and told me if the fix wasn’t as easy as it looked he would have to charge more but he would let me know before he did that. He even found a separate issue and told me the tank above my water heater was rusting from the inside out and needed to be fixed. Would definitely hire again "

"Tried to schedule a routine maintenance appointment available to customers who signed up for service plans, but Len could not follow through with their commitment three failed/rescheduled appointments in a row!! Each required four hour commitments from the customer. I tried to communicate with dispatch and customer service but unfortunately I don’t think these two departments have an open line of communication between them. I would not recommend for anyone to work with or engage with this company. Len did not follow through on their half of the commitment and disrespected my time as an in office working professional."
