"This company is beyond words fantastic!  They were prompt and efficient.  When I had severe problems with the touch-faucet, they helped me get a refund and when I replaced the faucet with a non-touch one, even though it's about a year later, they came to install the new faucet.  I cannot say enough good things about this company and I would use them again in a heart beat.

First, let me say they did an awesome job!  However, I had trouble getting it scheduled and was afraid my coupon would expire!  The owner isn't good about returning calls or emails.

The workers arrived when we finally scheduled, washed and cleaned the tile floors, then sealed them.  They look really nice!  I love the quality of the work and would consider using them again if I could get Giovanni to call me back!

"I purchased a "half-day" coupon on Angie's List for $279 and had a list of 5 repair jobs that I figured would take about that long to complete which would make the price worthwhile.  The young repairman who came out (sorry I can't remember his name) did a great job of repairing my front door latch & loose strike plate, and repairing two loose outlets set in the wood siding of my kitchen island.  However, though he tried, he wasn't able to repair my patio umbrella, and said the ceiling fan's noise was an indication that it needed to be replaced rather than repaired.  As a result of only two items actually being repaired, I felt I'd overpaid since I didn't end up needing anyone for a "half day" after all.  That wasn't the fault of the repairman, who was very nice, but I will think twice about buying such an offer again.  It may be better to hire by the job or by the hour.
