He found a solution that didn?t require a tank replacement and was able, with a few replacement parts solve the problem on the spot. This was an end of the day bid but even though it wasn?t an emergency he stayed to fix the problem. Professional, friendly and rather than just letting me thing i needed an expensive solution he quickly found the real problem and saved me a lot of money.
