"The best way for me to sum up my experience with Wells & Wells is simply. You are doing business with just genuinely good people. They take pride in their work, and their customer interactions. Our deck was destroyed by falling trees during the snowstorm in January. We had a regular wood deck and we thought the damage was extensive. After many contractors Wells was the only one that came by and provided an honest assessment. They didnâ t cut corners for cost purposes, they were just honest and real about what needed to be repaired. The not only repaired our deck, they almost completely rebuilt it. For all intents and purposes we now have a new deck. We were able to upgrade from wood to Trex (due to the current cost of lumber). The folks at Wells even told us about the cost differences in wood and Trex and provided professional advice in helping us upgrade. They never tried to price gouge us, they never took advantage. They arrived everyday on time and completed the work on schedule. Throughout the project they would check in to ask how I felt about their work as the project progressed, and they walked me through once it was completed. My wife and I were so impressed with their work that we will be contracting with them from other future projects to improve our home. Itâ s just great to know companies like this are still around."

"We loved working with DreamMaker. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen and dining area to look like, but were unsure if it was going to be possible and what materials should be used. Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. He not only pointed us in the right direction for the big things like counter-tops, but also for the backsplash, drawer pulls, and lighting fixtures. All our work was done efficiently and Mr. Everett's team went above and beyond whenever an unexpected problem occurred. "Fantastic, I was so pleased to get an estimate half the price of 2 different contractors selling for Jacuzzi-one day shower remodels, and jacuzzi was only redoing the shower walls, pan and grab bars only. King’s Remodeling and Restoration did my whole bathroom to include a shower door, shower seat, knitch, took out a drop ceiling and tiled porcelain tile to the ceiling, put in mosaic matted tile for the shower floor, put in new vanity and replaced bathroom floor with LVT. They also replaced the trim and painted the bathroom. It looks great! Very happy with the professionalism of the staff and the abilities of the staff, especially their Tiler- Chris H. I am having King’s back to do flooring for me and to redo my second bathroom. I recommend King’s Remodeling and Restoration Very highly. "Review of work done by Summit Roofing Company, Manassas, Virginia On two different occasions in August 2020, I called Summit Roofing Company to repair flashing issues on two parts of my roof. Their were two separate teams of two workers who fixed both problems cause by an aging roof; both were leaks. In each case, the responsiveness was excellent for the repairs needed. They were very respectful of the health issues going on with Covid 19 and we were able to identify exactly where the roof issues were without putting me at any health risk. They were able to take pictures before and after their work so I could see the finished product on the roof. I researched local costs and they were certainly very competitive and reasonable. They cleaned up after the job which made my wife and I very happy. Being a long time Manassas resident, I have routinely heard of only good references about this company. A consumer saying I have heard for years, namely, "the bitterness of poor quality and service remains long after the sweetness of low-price" has been advice I take strongly before I make a decision on a company. In the case of Summit Roofing, they have high quality and workmanship standards, great service from their home office and a price that is extremely good. I got all three positive elements working with Summit! I highly recommend them!"

"The project appeared to go well in the beginning. On the last day of the work I noticed the floor was not stable at all. When I walked on the bathroom floor it was apparent the base was unstable. The floor mad a creaking noise each time I stepped. At first the contractor said he didn't notice the problem. I also pointed how the grout had cracks. After the Resident Handyman acknowledged the problem. He attempted to repair the problem of the unstable floor but it didn't work. He fixed the grout line and told me to wait for it to dry. Upon waiting for the grout to dry the floor cracked at the same grout joint each time. He returned to the house about three times attempting to fix the problem. I could see the problem was not the grout it was base. Since the base was unstable it didn't matter how much he tried to fix the grout line. On his third attempt the grout line looked as though it was stable and that lasted about 10 months. The grout line has started to crack again in that same spot on the bathroom floor. I reached out to the Handy Man again and said he will have to charge me now since it has been over a year. The job was never done right the first time. That's why I will not recommend this guy to fix anything again."
