Two technicians came (Parker and Matt L) and they removed the old washer lines, installed new ones, and tested things. "Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday.
