Jon drew great designs for us, worked with us to stay in our budget, talked about plants, substitutions and the best ones for the outcome we wanted. We also knew what we wanted to see as an outcome, including landscape lighting. "I could not be happier with my new backyard! This was my third backyard by Fresh Start but my first experience with Jeff and Rita. They designed a complete backyard for my home that was built a little over a year ago. In addition to the landscaping they extended my existing porch with pavers, built a fire pit with surrounding bench, and installed a custom water feature. They were able to figure out exactly what I wanted with just their initial consultation. I only made two minor changes to their original design. The plants gave me an array of leaf color and shape and were beyond my expectations. Their crew was punctual, efficient, and incredibly talented. It’s easy to see why Fresh Start has been in business for so long."

"Shaun and his crew were awesome! They removed the old siding from our house and garage and replaced with OSB siding, house wrap and then Harie Plank horizontal siding. Then they caulked all the trim, nail holes and windows and doors and painted the entire house. The whole process took only a couple weeks and they cleaned the work site each and every night. We love our "New" house and would highly recommend Shaun Deskin and his crew for any remodeling work you need."

"I have done business with IOE for almost a decade and as I had them do more projects the more frustrated I became. It was a different and much better company under the original owner Bret. Since Cory has taken over, all he does is make the sell and send you the bill. When I have an issue, it will take him over a week to respond. In a recent project I hired IOE for was to replace my fence. The installers used too long of nails which came through on the neighbors side. My neighbor shared his concern for safety and when I contacted Cory, it took him 3 days to respond and longer than a week to resolve. I don't know if they have gotten too busy but when you spend money you expect them to respond especially when it is regarding safety. If you hire IOE here is what you can expect: expensive cost, long/poor response times and a laundry list of excuses from Cory. I would not recommend."

"Texas Remodel did a great job on our new sunroom. They used quality materials and the craftsmanship was excellent. They always cleaned up after their work and left the site in perfect condition. We had to wait a number of months before beginning for some special order windows, but once construction began the job moved right along. We got cheaper bids but decided to "pay up" for their good reputation and we were not disappointed. Once again, you get what you pay for. Would definitely hire them again."
