"This companies services gets an A+ in my book! Andy the plumber that came out and Janice the customer service representative were outstanding at their jobs. I will be calling them for ALL my plumbing needs…… Andy saved me from another company trying to tell me I had a sewer leak under my house when I did not. He did a Hydrostatic test and found out I had no under ground SEWER leaks. The other company wanted to charge me over $30,000 to repair sewer lines under my house that they were saying had bellies of water from cracks. Finding out it may be a city sewer crack and not even my problem to fix. Andy gave me an estimate if it was on my property and not the cities and the cost for it to be fixed would only be $3,800 not over $30,000. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO RESEARCH PLUMBING COMPANIES. THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPANIES THAT JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! $$$$"

"My experience was great with this company. The technician Gregory was very kind and professional and he called us in advance to inform us that he was on the way to our residents and he was on time. We requested to have a pipe camera examination done to locate our cleanout valve only to discover that we don't have one. Greg showed us the entire breakdown on the camera analysis to show us where the problem was and what our options were to resolve it. He answered all of our questions and concerns and again was very professional in doing so. "Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said “We didn’t fix it you don’t pay” Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line."
