Tom sent Greg a very nice and professional gentlemen showed me with a camera that my lines had no breaks then cleaned out a drain line caused by A/C slug without breaking the bank like most plumbing companies. I have finally found a plumbing company for life."

"This companies services gets an A+ in my book! Andy the plumber that came out and Janice the customer service representative were outstanding at their jobs. I will be calling them for ALL my plumbing needs…… Andy saved me from another company trying to tell me I had a sewer leak under my house when I did not. He did a Hydrostatic test and found out I had no under ground SEWER leaks. The other company wanted to charge me over $30,000 to repair sewer lines under my house that they were saying had bellies of water from cracks. Finding out it may be a city sewer crack and not even my problem to fix. Andy gave me an estimate if it was on my property and not the cities and the cost for it to be fixed would only be $3,800 not over $30,000. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO RESEARCH PLUMBING COMPANIES. They did an excellent job and I will be using them again in the future. They were also very thorough and clean. They were able to overcome obstacles, in regards to plumbing, when those issues arose."

"Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said “We didn’t fix it you don’t pay” Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line. "

One time at night, I noticed my neighbors lawn guy ran into the house main, and John walked me through shutting off the main, then he showed up for my out of town neighbor to fix this. He also replaced my water heater. He’s my plumber for life and I hate that this review might make him busier, but you should meet him if you need a plumber."
