He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very kind and personable. He eased a lot of concerns and then sent over a 13 page report with photos and directions. It was amazing and totally worth the money for peace of mind Amin this whole process. I will be using their services a few more times for this and Ronnie laid out the next phase and who would be doing what. Overall, it was really great. Highly recommend!"

"Two days ago, we had eight windows installed in our home by Guardian Windows. Words cannot express how impressed we are with the windows and more importantly the installation. We were pleased to have such highly skilled and experienced installers. Myself, I am an engineer by occupation, so I was more than just interested in the installation process. With eight large openings in my house, I was concerned not so much with the appearance but what cannot be seen. I was interested specifically in how the installation would address water, air leakage, and the impact to my interior trim. All my questions were not only addressed but they exceeded my expectations. During the installation the Guardian installers found numerous problems with my home. For every window the builder failed to properly attach the interior and exterior trim. Most of the builder window openings were not sealed properly and in several cases the builder windows were not securely nailed. The Guardian installers pointed out each of these problems and then explained how they would make the proper corrections. During the installation furniture in each room was moved as needed. Drop cloths with floor protection and plastic were used extensively throughout. After completing the work in each room, everything was returned as found and the room was vacuumed for added measure. Afterwards we found our home relatively dust free. To be clear there was some dust but considering all the work performed it was easily addressed. After the installation was completed, we were amazed by the fit and finish at each window. The measurement of the installation was so precise that no tile repair, painting, or drywall work was needed. We are so pleased with these eight windows that we immediately arranged for Guardian to have the remaining six windows in our home to be replaced. In closing, while these new windows look amazing, please consider what you don’t see. "We were VERY impressed with Advanced Window Products. Their salesman was professional and came it at a very reasonable price, the man who measured the windows also led the team that installed the windows. They took down and then put up the window treatments as part of installing the windows. They put down tarps and covered furniture before taking out the glass. We were impressed with the technique they used to remove the panes. They used a propane torch to heat the adhesive and carefully remove each window panes until enough panes were removed that the whole window could be taken out of the frame. With rare exception was a pane of glass broken. They were neat, tidy and efficient. The installation was put to the test recently when our area received upwards to 10" of rain in an hour for many hours, not a single window leaked. We are pleased with the quality and look forward to finally having a house that will be cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We would recommend Advanced window products to anyone interested in window replacement. We had a wonderful experience with them, they are true professionals."
