"Let me just say Larson's pool exceeded our expectations. The first person I spoke to while seeking quotes was the owner, Eric. I knew from that first conversation that Larson's would be a contender. Dan from sales was awesome! The quote came on a one-sided page with no small print. He really took the time to really understand what we were looking for. I text/called him throughout the project and he quickly would give feedback or answer questions. He stood by me throughout the entire project. Eric and Dave was always on top of every aspect of the project which was reassuring. The quality of the work was amazing. We were completely blown away by the skill and workmanship of the travertine coping by Washington. Washington also installed the glass tile which I was worried about but turned out beautiful and installed perfectly. Orlando and his team that installed the travertine deck did a wonderful job as well and we are thrilled with the finished look. These men were professional and a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about Justin with his help on pool maintenance. I really appreciated all his patience with my calls/text. Justin gave me pool pump 101 with hands on instructions and stated to call/text even after the final payment is made if I had additional questions or concerns. This is a Top notch family run business and it was refreshing to feel like a valued customer throughout the entire project. "I hired GPS Pools to remodel my pool, add a pool heater and provide the monthly maintenance. Now that I have experienced all of their services, here is my honest opinion. The Remodel - The pebble tech looks amazing! It sparkles and really looks fantastic. The placement of the mosaics isn't the greatest. Unfortunately they were moved from where I originally wanted and it could have been done better. The Tile work - Absolutely horrific job. The grout was poorly placed, left on the tile. From a far, you don't notice it, but up close, it's terrible. The tile itself isn't level. There is literally waves in the tile. Again, if you're looking at the pool from a far, you can't see it. But if it's your pool and you paid over $20,000, you do. The Heater - This thing rocks! Fantastic product The Maintenance - This was terrible right out the gate. After having the pool remodeled a large calcium build up was extremely visible. If your job is to clean the pool, you should have to be told to treat it. The cleaning, in general was half a%4. The last maintenance they provided, the cleaner actually left the break open and the pump off, so the pool didn't run for 2 days. Had I not walked outside, I wouldn't have noticed until the weekend. He even installed the cover of the filter backwards. I called the office to get this fixed and was told after a week that the cleaner wasn't told to fix the filter because "they didn't feel it was a big deal" For me, my 1 and 3 year old swim in this pool. If you can't get the basics right, I can't put my trust in you to do the rest. In closing, I chose GPS because they did the work and maintained the pool, so I thought. But the truth is they hire contractors and are at the mercy of their skill set. I actually paid them more than the majority of the bids I received, to have one company do everything. My thought process was, if there was issues, I only had one company to deal with. If I had it to do all over again, I would have chosen an actual company that does their own remodeling, hired a professional cleaning service and used GPS for the occasional chemical needs when they arise."

"J Ingram was absolutely great. They were prompt and receptive to my needs. As the job went along I changed a couple small things and they were very accommodating. Donald, talked me into going with composite decking materials over pressure treated traditional wood decking because it lasts way longer!!! I am so glad that I paid the bit extra it costs for good quality work and good quality materials. Thank you to J Ingram, Donald, and crew!!! I will be having them back out soon to do my rear decking needs."
