Thrilled with how Jeff diagnosed the problem, went to work, and did repairs without removing tiles or cutting through walls. He would get 10stars if I could give them! P.S. another company told me the water heater would have to be removed during shower repairs so I would also need to get a new water heater, which was not necessary since Jeff did the job the RIGHT way. Hire an experienced professional. Hire Butler plumbing."

Showed me work done and patiently listened to and answered all my questions concerning replacement options. Gave me a good deal on new water heater and was available and ready to install same day. Completed the installation cleanly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tech (I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name) was professional and courteous and worked efficiently. Prices are fair and their use of a standardized pricing guide eliminated any feeling that they were pricing on the fly. Two thumbs up."

"Everything went perfectly. Edgar showed up right on time. Actually, 15 minutes early. He came with bright lights to see under the sink. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and showed me exactly where the leak was. Then he told me he could fix it right then and there, which I wasn't even expecting. We agreed on the price. I asked him how long it would take, and he told me around 20 minutes, and he had the materials with him. He went down to his truck, came right back with the materials, went right to work, and less than half an hour later, he told me to come see it was finished. He turned the water on and..... no leak!! All fixed. Afterwards, he collected the old materials and took them away. We tested it once again and...no leak!!! Perfect. Why aren't all contractors like this? Additionally, Edgar was friendly, super competent, and efficient. I don't know why anyone would choose another vendor for plumbing. I'd give 10 stars, but only 5 were allowed."
