"I hired Michael's Plumbing to fix a toilet that was constantly running. After they performed the initial repairs on 02/13/2018 (replacing various parts) the problem persisted. My tenant called them and they returned twice but the problem was not fixed. My tenant and I called at least 5 times and no one called us back until I posted negative reviews. After that, someone called and advised that the toilet is old and can't be repaired and they would replace it with a newer model toilet at no additional cost. They apologized for the failure to communicate this information. The new toilet was installed on 04/28/2018 and so far it is working great."

"It ended up being a service call because the toilet was running and I couldn't figure out why.  So, the plumber fixed it.  He found out that the chain was not working.  He was on time.  He was very nice.  He was very professional.  He was good.  He said that if I needed anything else, he would take the service call charge off the next service.  I did have some other issues.  That was really nice.  The quality of service was good.  The price was nice; it wasn’t that expensive.  I had a friend who had a water-leaking problem two days ago and I recommended Advantage Plumbing."

"Updated Review: We called for a dishwasher that wasn't draining properly and had standing water in the bottom. I am giving a B because we had some issues with the initial repair and customer service. That said, the owner Brandon, worked with us to make everything right including giving us the option of not paying for the initial repairs. The biggest downside was that the repair wasn't done properly the first time and/or the replacement part was also defective. That meant I was without a dishwasher for three weeks waiting for parts to come in, etc. Brandon came out and repaired it again and no additional charge, and everything is working great now. I've used them for other appliance repairs in the past, and he's always done a great job. Will call again in the future."

"I called Mr. Worley on Friday, June 16, 2014 and asked him if he could give me a guesstimate on installing 3 overhead lights in the apartment I share with my 96 year old mother and my 40 year old daughter.  He gave me a quote which was a little higher than I was prepared to pay at that time. I called him back within 30 minutes and asked him if he could install 2 of them for the given price. He told me he was headed my direction anyway and would be glad to stop by and do the 2 for me. He arrived at the quoted time and installed all 3 lights for me at the cost of 2 because he met my mom. He stated that it would come back to him by paying it forward.
