After several competitors couldn't fit me in for days, I called BFP and they got me on today's schedule, so I wouldn't be without water. Gary was awesome, he explained the situation based on what he feared the issue was (needed to replace whole supply line into the house from the road). Turned out to me much less serious (existing line could be repaired). He wasn't pushy about add-ons and didn't try to scare me into doing more than was necessary, which is rare for service techs nowadays. The repair was still very expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around for low-ball bids, I was without service. I'd still recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and even more strongly recommend requesting Gary, he was awesome."

He kept my kitchen space, very neat and clean during his work, and after as well. "This is the 2nd house I have had Robert install an entire AC/Heater Unit in. This last unit was a 5 ton that lasted me almost 18 years - When talking w/ Robert he wanted to ensure that the size of the existing unit was accurate prior to replacement. He came over in his off time just to double check the ceiling heights and sq. footage and confirmed that we were good to go. "Zach was a little late arriving, but once on site, he diagnosed the problem, checked for other problems, and repaired the dryer. It now works perfectly. He also checked the vent all the way to the roof. Zach also provided me with useful information about the dryer and vent.
